Q. How advantageous do you think is digital education today?

We are surrounded with technology 24×7 today, so having digital education in schools are not so happening in my opinion. I would say smart class facility should be introduced in the rural areas where the children are deprived of these facilities. We already have internet and gadgets to learn from. We should in fact assist the children of our domestic helps with the digital learning material to help them study and improve their imaginative power.

Q. Bullying cases are increasing globally, how do you think students should tackle it?

I strongly believe that no one can let you down morally till you let them do so. Be tough within and ignore any such thing happening around you. If anyone still faces the absolute bullying situation, make sure you shout loudly so that you are heard. Remember, bullies trouble students only because either they were a victim once themselves or they have something to hide, which they cover this way. Your safety is in your hands, never be afraid of anyone. If you have been bullied take it to the high authorities immediately. Bullying is not the end. When stones are thrown at you, make them your milestones. Learn from everything to become stronger.

Q. How do you balance between hobbies, sports and studying?

I have been playing tennis since 4 years now at state level in addition to playing piano and guitar. Managing between sports, hobbies and studies hasn’t been problem as such as I aim at completing my homework in school as far as possible. I concentrate what’s being taught in class which leaves me enough time with myself at home. The difference between scoring students and those who don’t is that the former utilize that time, which the latter spend in relaxing and taking things easy.

Q. Any special tips for fellow students?

I meditate for at least 15 mins daily and recommend the same to every student. Meditation keeps me free from any negative feeling, filling heaps of positivity in me. I always feel fresh, calm and patient so it’s easy to juggle between various activities. Once you are done with your day, sit down to analyze it, think what went wrong and how can you improve on it. If there is nothing to ponder on, just close your eyes and spend time with your inner being. Trust me, this helps. Try it.

Lastly, believe in whatever you do. What is more important than discovering yourself is to discover what is around you. You will automatically realize what you want.
