CBSE issues guidelines for safe information technology use in schools

- CBSE has recommended action against students who breach copyright laws or use unlicenced software.
- It has advised schools to not allow students to carry communication devices without permission.
- The board has asked schools to make a basic mobile phone available in every school bus.
