CBSE offers scholarships to the girl child

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is giving scholarships to girls who have passed class 10. Those who want to apply can do so on the board’s website.
The two schemes available are:
- CBSE merit scholarship scheme for single girl child for +2 studies 2017
- Renewal of online applications of CBSE merit scholarship scheme for single girl child X pass awarded in 2016
Only students who have passed class 10 from a CBSE-affiliated school can apply.
November 15, 2017 is the last date of application. Those who want to submit applications offline can do so until November 30, 2017.
