Students can receive ICSE mark sheets online
Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has begun to issue mark sheets online, instead of printed copies. CISCE will give students digitally signed mark sheets and certificates for clearing the ICSE and ISC exams. The students will have a DigiLocker facility for receiving and sharing the documents. ISC candidates will get their migration certificates, with digital signatures, through the same facility.
DigiLocker
The Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY) of the Government of India has set up the DigiLocker electronic platform. It allows the issuance and verification of documents, thus eliminating the need for physical documents. Anyone signing up for DigiLocker gets storage space on the cloud. Users can also upload scanned documents and share them with others without any problems. They can link the accounts with their Aadhar and mobile numbers.
