Quality is has become a buzz word in every sphere of activity today. It has become an important factor in the field of education also. Everybody keeps speaking about quality in education. As far as education is concerned, we need to know what quality is. We also need to define quality. Only then can quality in education be ensured. What is this quality that we keep talking about? How do we define quality in education – is it more marks for your child, or better learning for your child, or something else? How do we actually go about achieving it?
