Teachers can be trained to be Six Sigma specialists. Quality techniques like Six Sigma, KAIZEN, and CONNECT (Creating Opportunities, New Networks, Experiencing Collaboration Teaching) can come in handy for continuous improvement in the teaching in classrooms. The effort is to find out what is to be changed during content delivery and the environment within the classroom to make them more effective. Some Six Sigma classroom projects that can be implemented are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avoiding distractions in the classroom<\/li>\n<li>Assuring attention by students<\/li>\n<li>Making knowledge delivery interesting<\/li>\n<li>Assuring 100 per cent attendance<\/li>\n<li>Making learning fun<\/li>\n<li>Assuring teacher\u2019s involvement<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with hi-tech learning gadgets<\/li>\n<li>Countering Facebook walls within the classroom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Many more such projects can be thought of and implemented in the classroom to ensure excellence in teaching.
